Executive search fee
25%
of the successful candidate’s first-year gross salary, calculated as a single percentage and payable across two stages.
Payment structure
- 50% instruction fee
- 50% placement fee
The instruction fee is non-refundable, reflecting the research, market mapping, sourcing, candidate identification and search activity undertaken from the commencement of the assignment.
